We have the team and the experience to take receipt of your inventory and manage it unlike anyone else. Businesses can’t afford to place fast and loose with their inventory. Inventory represents cash and revenue. Don’t make the mistake of letting amateurs handle such a valuable asset.

Inventory management is handled by both our state-of-the-art system as well as by our staff who oversee everything that takes place in our storage facilities. We leave nothing to chance and back up each and every process with a check and balance system. Our system notifies us of low stock and expiring stock events so we can notify you and immediate action can be taken to prevent “out of stock” occurrences. We know where each and every item is within our facilities and can quickly identify items that require special storing requirements as soon as they arrive.

To further help our customers obtain the greatest financial gains, we allow for drop shipments at our facilities. This allows customers to take advantage of promotions and bulk discounts when they become available through their vendors regardless of the space available in the storage facility. They can order in large quantities and just have them drop shipped and we will unload and store them at a future date.

PRODUCT CHECKS

Drawox doesn’t rely on just our automated systems as we mentioned. Though we look to them for daily updates and statuses, we physically check inventory to confirm what the system is telling us. We spare no expense on technology or training our staff.

Our staff personally inspects all incoming shipments to check for damage that may have occurred in transit as well as expiration dates of incoming items. If any concerning issues are discovered, they are reported back to management and the customer immediately so that corrective action can be taken.

We will stock, store, pick, pack and ship your items. Our experience means that we can do all this more quickly and efficiently than you or your staff can. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we have the manpower and facilities already in place to immediately take on your inventory and order management tasks.

Over and over again you will hear us mention Advanced Protocols. These protocols allow you to set directions or plans of action in the event a particular scenario occurs. By having these protocols in place, you save time, frustration and lost revenue. Your plan is in place and is immediately activated if and when that particular scenario occurs. Be proactive and set your Advanced Protocols right away.

Having these action plans in place prevents chaos and allows the staff to act quickly and decisively which prevents a small issue from becoming a large one.

LOAD FLEXIBILITY

Drawox offers pre-loading and drop-shipping for our customers’ convenience. Not only do these services help the customer by allowing them to take advantage of bulk vendor discounts, but they also help us by giving us some freedom with loading and unloading.

If a customer has loads drop-shipped, we can schedule the unloading for a time when we are not as busy to make better use of our staff. Consequently, with pre-loading, our facilities’ staff can load up outgoing shipments during down time to maximize efficiency.

Carriers can just show up and hook up and be on their way without spending precious time in a loading bay waiting.

PRODUCT LABELING

We use a barcode system in our storage facilities that allow us to quickly log incoming product, notate their storage location in the space and flag items that have special handling protocols. Our labels are scanned with our RF scanners and all information is automatically downloaded into our system. Once items are received and stored away, they can be monitored for stock levels and pending expiration dates. They are also compatible with our TMS (Transportation Management System) that gives us another method of tracking and monitoring.

NETWORK OF CARRIERS

We have been in business for many years and we have used that time to not only develop a great reputation in the industry, but also to foster great relationships with our carriers. The relationships allow us to negotiate the best rates for our customers and earn us a preferred status with those carriers. Our customers are the ones who benefit the most by having a great selection of carriers and shipping methods available to them at unprecedented low prices they just can’t get anywhere else.

NOTIFICATIONS AND EDI

EDI, or Electronic Data Interchange, allows our customers to receive real-time updates and make changes to their shipments in one easy, convenient location. We strongly recommend our customers utilize the EDI to communicate with our staff and make changes to orders and shipments. It is, hands down, the most efficient and quickest way available to accomplish these types of tasks.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

Key Performance Indicators are a tool we use to evaluate our performance and identify areas that need improvement. We not only measure our own performance but we can, at the customers’ requests, add KPIs that they would like measured for their own evaluation purposes. Simply let us know what KPIs you would like added and we will include them on our list and then provide the feedback to them.

The KPIs can also identify processes within your own company that may need modification. If so, our team will work with you to create an action plan and initiate the changes required.
