They have unrestricted access to U.S. online shopping sites that were previously unavailable to them because of the site policies restricting international shipping. Either the shipping costs are cost prohibitive or the sites simply don’t ship outside of the U.S. Either way, with our Mail Forwarding, customers can shop on those sites and be secure in the knowledge that they will receive their packages. We will take receipt for your packages at the U.S. address we provided to you and then we will forward the item along to you at your location. All of this at a price cheaper than you would have spent on international shipping alone at another site.

Customers can choose to allow other individuals to use this address. We make no restrictions on the number of individuals who use the address. It is entirely at the discretion of the customer. There are no extra charges but be aware that there may be additional charges if the number of pieces we process for you exceeds the limits of your plan. Additional users may be asked to complete a USPS 1583 form.
Businesses love the Mail Forwarding because we process everything for them in much the same way as a company’s mailroom would but the mail gets to your already processed and all junk mail has already been disposed of without being of nuisance to you.
Every client who purchases a Mail Forwarding plan whether they are a business or individual is required to complete and submit a USPS 1583 form. This form gives us permission to act as your mail agent authorizing us to handle and process your mail and packages.

RECEIVING
From the time your package arrives at our facility, it is carefully handled and quickly processed so we can get it back out and on its way to you. All deliveries are immediately logged as soon as they come in so that customers can see right away that we have their item and it is being worked on. Photographs are taken and uploaded onto the account so customers can visualize the delivery for themselves.
All items are inspected to check for damage and any findings are immediately noted and reported back to the customer.
Our company advises customers to set up Advanced Protocols. These protocols provide our staff with instructions for certain scenarios which saves time for everyone. Protocols are set up for how to handle package forwarding, how to handle missing items, and how to handle damaged packages.
Preferences can be set for how to forward items such as preferred shipping method, forwarding addresses and whether to hold items for consolidation. All these things are designed to save time, money and reduce frustration.
FORWARDING
Prior to forwarding items, you will be notified they have arrived at our facility. If preferences have been established, the items will be forwarded on without delay. If you haven’t set preferences, we will await your instructions and then forward the item based on the information you provided.
Customs forms will be required to be completed for all items being shipped and received overseas. Customers are responsible for completing these forms. We are unable to do this for our customers. We can provide answers to most questions you have, however, should you need assistance.
