Each business receives representatives who are assigned to their account. These reps will familiarize themselves with your company, your management staff and your business philosophies. This helps them to understand how to best resolve issues and provide you with optimum service. Our reps have an innate desire to please, to do what is best for the customer and they have a true understanding of our core values and what we expect from them for our customers.

Having these dedicated reps working on your behalf is like having your own staff working in our offices. Your company’s needs are put first, they essentially work for you so you have someone on the inside looking out for your best interests.

All of our staff receives training in customer service in addition to ongoing training in the field they work in. We believe in educating our staff on a wide range of subjects. The more skills and tools they have, the better they can perform their duties and the more successful they will be in life.

In addition to our employees, our customers are a major key to our ongoing success and growth. We would not be where we are without their business, the trust they place in us and their belief in our company.

The IT staff is second to none. They work in conjunction with our Security Department to protect many pieces of information. From customer business and personal information, bank account and credit card information, personal information of our employees, and logins for all our software programs – they protect it all. They have carte blanche to acquire the latest technology available in cybersecurity and privacy protection. Our systems are constantly monitored for potential weaknesses and they act quickly to address any findings of concern before they become an issue.

Customer service is evident in every department within our company. Everything we do is aimed at satisfying the customer and getting them what they need. Our Customer Service representatives receive intensive training on creative problem solving, critical thinking, multi-tasking and time management in addition to the latest business philosophies on customer service. From the time your product arrives at our facility, our staff puts the customer interests first. Every action taken is measured against how it will affect our customers and their ability to do business. Your success is our success.
