If it doesn’t make us faster, better, more efficient and it doesn’t meet the needs of our customers – it’s out.
Our managers use KPIs and feedback from both customers and employees to identify where we are performing well, where we may need to improve and they use it to identify any new avenues of service we should be exploring to better service our clients.
We recognize the importance of our relationships with vendors and carriers, but none are more important than the relationships we have with our customers and employees. Here’s how we work to keep those relationships strong and mutually beneficial to all parties.

- Devise and create new processes for both internal and external operations that benefit all involved
- Gather and evaluate feedback from employees and customers and use that to improve on services and the work life of our employees
- Provide as much training and coaching to our staff as possible in all areas
- Employ the highly effective 5S Methodology ( Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain)
- Create and foster relationships with all parties that play a part in our business to affect better working conditions, better pricing, etc.
- Look to make improvements geared toward reducing waste and our carbon footprint on the environment.
