Protecting the Enviroment

We can’t help it – in our business we produce waste. It’s a fact that we really can’t change. What we can do, however, is to work to reduce the amount of waste that we do produce.

We are very concerned about the negative impact the waste we generate could have on our environment. Our team is constantly working toward ways of reducing the waste or finding a way to reuse or recycle it.

Here is just a quick list of some of the steps we have taken to reduce/recycle our waste:

  • Modify processes to reduce or remove paperwork when possible and convert to completely electronic means
  • New appliances and equipment is checked for efficiency ratings and life expectancy
  • Participate in a number of recycling programs
  • Reuse materials and supplies in-house where appropriate
  • Communicate electronically or via phone/chat where possible reducing paper correspondence including internal memos
  • Duplicate processes are identified and eliminated
  • Take advantage of technology that is designed to make us more efficient, produce less waste and save money.
Customer service is evident in every department within our company. Everything we do is aimed at satisfying the customer and getting them what they need. Our Customer Service representatives receive intensive training on creative problem solving, critical thinking, multi-tasking and time management in addition to the latest business philosophies on customer service. From the time your product arrives at our facility, our staff puts the customer interests first. Every action taken is measured against how it will affect our customers and their ability to do business. Your success is our success.
