Drawox knows it’s hard to hand over the reins of some of your operations to an outside party. We understand just because you are not hands-on in this particular area – you still need and want to be kept up to speed and be aware of what is going on daily. Therefore, we notify all customers of deliveries, outgoing shipments, order fulfillment performance numbers, returns processed and payments accepted. We treat each and every customer the same. It doesn’t matter how much money you spend with us -- you get the same quality service, the same responsive communication and the same commitment to satisfaction.
Customers can reach us by phone, fax, online chat, or email based on their preferences. Phone calls can only be answered by a representative during our regular business hours, but faxing or emailing (especially if you are overseas) let you make contact with us on your schedule. We will respond as soon as we resume hours so that a response is awaiting for you at the start of your day whenever that may be.
ALLOCATIONS AND ADVANCED PROTOCOLS
Advanced Protocols are something we really hammer home with our clients. These are basically contingency plans. Action plans are created for potential scenarios that may or may not occur. The basis for setting these protocols is that they are incredible time savers. They allow our staff to immediately act when a certain situation occurs without needing to wait for instructions from the client. They already know what to do.
Protocols can be set for a number of events. A good example is an out of stock issue on a product. You could set a protocol that says when we run out of Product A, then substitute it with Product B. These prevents delays in processing your outgoing orders and can prevent loss in sales and revenue.

We offer package and shipment consolidation for both business and individual customers. It makes sense to consolidate items because a reduction in the number of items being shipped equates to cheaper shipping rates. We can’t sing the praises of TMS enough. It makes our operations so much easier and facilitates our communication with our carriers. Changes to the delivery schedule can be made quickly and easily and everyone receives immediate notifications regarding those changes so the chance for errors is greatly reduced. Another great feature is that all communications are on record and are great for documentation purposes in the event an issue does occur.
