Drawox is fortunate in that we have customers that believe in us and place a great amount of trust in us to handle their property safely and securely. It is extremely difficult to entrust some of your most important business tasks to an outside party. Our customers know that we only have their best interests at heart. DEDICATED MAILBOXES

Customers have dedicated staff working on their behalf who handle their packages. There are dozens of hands on your package. Most often, you have the same staff handling your deliveries each time. Privacy is maintained at all times and assets are protected by multiple layers of security.

The receiving agents aim to process all incoming packages within 48 hours of receipt. If Advanced Protocols are already set up, this helps to meet that goal. Items are logged, customers are notified and photos of packages are taken and uploaded within a very short time. Then the package is processed with a forwarding shipping label affixed and shipped back out to you.

We do not share any client information with any 3rd party except under order of the Court.

SCANNING

Any time documents need to be scanned, we use highly advanced scanning equipment to produce the best quality images possible.

All scanning is performed in restricted access areas to ensure all customer information is protected and privacy is maintained. All items are returned to their original packaging or envelopes and are forwarded to customers as soon as instructions are received.

RECEIVING AND INVENTORY

Our receiving agents have been extensively trained in many areas including proper handling and storing, privacy protocols, visual package inspections, reporting protocols within the company and how to identify events that may develop into negative occurrences. Our method is to be proactive instead of reactive. By identifying potential negative scenarios, we can possibly prevent them from becoming a reality. This also helps us to prevent future occurrences.

RECYCLING AND SHREDDING

Our industry produces quite a bit of waste just due to the nature of the business we are in. We have eliminated a large percentage of the waste that is produced in our facilities by reworking processes and identifying duplicate operations. We use paperless methods whenever possible to eliminate waste produced by our internal operations.

All waste that is produced is recycled or reused whenever indicated. We are very concerned with the impact our company has on the environment and are committed to reducing our carbon footprint as much as we can.
