Drawox makes certain our customers have as many options as possible when it comes to our plans. All plans can be customized and we encourage potential clients to contact us with any questions they may have about what we can and can’t do for them. We do everything within our power to meet the needs of our customers.

Our competent staff will take receipt of your mail and packages and check for any damages that may have occurred in transit. Any damages noted will be immediately reported to you for further action. Photographs will be taken of the item and uploaded to your account so you can check the package yourself and confirm it is what you were expecting. Once you have been notified we have the package at our location, you can then let us know where you would like to send it and preferred shipping method. You can save time by setting and saving preferences in your account.

The customer can choose how to use the address we provide to them. It can be used for all package deliveries, just regular correspondence or they can choose to publish it to only certain contacts.

We aim to keep processing time to 48 hours on our end. Having preferences in place helps us to stay within that timeframe. Packages are handled minimally and our goal is to have it logged and out on its way to you as quickly as possible.

ONLINE ACCESS

Customer online accounts are accessible all day, every day. Because our clients are literally located all over the world, it is important that they are able to access their account information at times that are convenient for them. Online access is secure and we encourage you to protect your password and login information to avoid unauthorized access.

SECURE ONLINE SCANNING

It is our policy to never open a package or letter unless the customer requests that we do so. In the event that request is made, photographs are taken of the unopened package and then the contents are photographed or documents are scanned. All opening of packages and scanning of documents is done in a restricted area to maintain privacy and confidentiality. We protect customer information and their assets and property with multiple layers of protection in place both physical and electronic. We repackage items in their original packaging and await your instructions on how to proceed. Advanced Protocols can be made by the customer so our staff is always aware of how to proceed without having to await additional instructions. It’s a great time saver. RECYCLING AND SHREDDING

We look to reduce the amount of waste produced by our facilities. We eliminate duplicate processes in our operations as well as eliminate paperwork by using paperless options when available. For any waste that is produced, we have a number of recycling programs that we participate in to ensure that a large portion of our waste is able to be reused or recycled.
