Quality Control

Quality Control

It’s safe to say that loss of revenue due to spoiled or damaged product is the worst. Probably because it’s preventable with a little planning, a good inventory management system, and well-trained staff who understand the impact they have on a business’ bottom line.

Our inventory management system is the best available for our industry. From the time a product reaches our door, we know everything about that product, where it needs to be stored, how to pack for resale and any special handling requirements. Furthermore, our system will let us know when inventory levels are falling low and if a product has an expiration date – it will alert us that the date is fast approaching so we can advise our customer. Customers can then run a sale on that product to minimize loss or if the amount of product on the floor is small, we can simply make sure it’s the first out the door.

Knowing that you are running low prevents an out of stock event. Customers have enough time to place orders with their vendors so numbers can be replenished.

Our staff is always on the lookout for potential issues that may impact customer revenue. Those issues could be of a positive or negative nature. If they do see something, it is reported to senior staff and the customer immediately so action can be taken if needed.

We can accommodate almost every type of special storage required. Hazardous and fragile items are no problem. Our staff receives specialized training in a number of storage and handling protocols for special handling as well as OSHA. We are certified or have been approved for a number of criteria required for storage of items covered by regulatory agencies.

If you have a product we have not dealt with in the past, we will contact the manufacturer directly to ensure we meet all the suggested guidelines for that product.

Give us a call today and see how we can help your business grow and succeed!
