Drawox always tries to go the extra mile for our customers. We understand that our customers may deal with a product that needs to be handled with kid gloves or needs to be stored in a climate controlled environment. We make provisions for these and many more special circumstances within our facilities. If we don’t have the needed equipment or framework to handle your product already in place within our existing operations – we will procure the necessary equipment and make modifications as needed. We will do everything in our power to service our customers.

Customers know it just makes sense to choose Drawox . We have everything in place already to get started accepting your inventory, filling your orders, and processing returns. No need for any big expenditure on your end because we already have everything you need.

To further provide for our customers, we have identified some additional services that would benefit our customers to enhance our basic services. We call them add-on services.

Assembly Services are available for those customers that deal with a product that does not come pre-assembled. Our staff will assemble those items for you so that your customers can purchase a completed, intact product that doesn’t need to be put together. The items are made ready for sale and you set yourself apart from your competition because you can offer a completed product that doesn’t involve any work on the part of your customers.

Often, customers receive products from their vendors in bulk. The bulk product needs to be broken down and repackaged for retail sales. This is where our Repacking Service comes in. We will repackage the product into a size and quantity you prefer and prepare them for resale to your customers. The cost of the service is very affordable and often it makes sense to buy bulk vs. smaller packaging because you will still realize savings after paying for our Repacking Service.
